RE-INVENTION

A business model describes how an organization creates, delivers and captures value. It can be described through a number of building blocks, such as Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Processes, Partnerships, Production Capabilities, Cost Structure, Shareholder, International Presence and more.

Re-Inventing an organization does not mean to start from scratch. A business is a system that uses people and money to create value for wich others pay money in return. You don´t need to change everything you do, when you re-invent your company. You don´t even have to start thinking about anything there is. The one thing you actually want to start with, is a number of questions:

  • Why do you want to run a business?
  • What business would you like it to be?
  • What is in it for you?
  • What are the things you would want to be achieved?
  • When do you know, that you have achieved it?

These are questions that do not adress the status quo at all. You might end up finding many things that are already there to be valuable, or you might not. The difference is: when you re-invent you business, you should start with what you want, or else you end up wanting to re-invent yourself again in a few months down the line.

This re-invention thing calls for faith and a good plan. You need faith to trust your own instincts, and you need a plan to turn whatever ideas you may come up with into reality.

There may  be options you might not see right now, but with our help, you will find that you only need a few more perspectives to get the ball rolling.

Let us help you re-invent your business with you.
